About Us: Opening of Peace Garden - May 22nd 2006

On Monday, may 21 st the Peace Garden was opened, despite the awful weather, by the Chairman of the East Riding County Council.

Also present, were  many people who had made this possible from the designers, architects, builders, gardeners and many other people from the local community who had contributed to the devlopment of the garden.

A great big thankyou to everyone and especially Mrs. Siddle and Mr. Grave  who have put in many hours of hard work to ensure that the garden was been completed on time.

We now have a quiet area to both learn and sit peacfefully and reflect.
